The hotel's location near Sapporo JR train station is excellent for easy access to food places and shopping. The rooms, though a bit small, were comfortable with various amenities, but they had a musty smell. The service was friendly, but the daily disposal of toothbrushes could be more eco-friendly. The dining experience offered a wonderful selection of Japanese and Western dishes, and the view of Sapporo was great. However, the air cleaner's bad smell was a downside during the stay.
